In this study, the relationship between environment and organization is tried to be measured by using quantum mechanics within the scope of management and organization science which is the branch of social sciences. In this sense, this study shows that social sciences can be explained by the rules of natural sciences. In this study, two situations have been formed for quantum mechanics measurement of organization-environment relations. For both of these cases, fictitious organizations and environments and fictitious data related to the organization and environments were created. Based on these data, the method of measuring the probability of establishing a qualified relationship with the environments and the uncertainty quantities in the environments by specifying the relations of the organization with the environments (two environments) in the wave function is presented with applications by using quantum mechanics.
