Abstract
Çalışmada sosyal bilimlerin dalı olan yönetim ve organizasyon bilimi kapsamında çevre-organizasyon ilişkilerini kuantum mekaniğinden yararlanılarak ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu anlamda bu çalışma, sosyal bilimlerin doğa bilimlerin kuralları ile açıklanabileceğini göstermektedir. Çalışmada organizasyon-çevre ilişkilerinin kuantum mekaniği ile ölçümü için iki durum oluşturulmuştur. Söz konusu her iki durum için hayali organizasyonlar ve çevreler ile yine organizasyon ve çevrelere ilişkin hayali veriler oluşturulmuştur. Bu verilere dayanılarak organizasyonun çevreler (iki çevre) ile olan ilişkilerini dalga fonksiyonunda belirterek organizasyonun çevreler ile olan nitelikli ilişki kurma olasılıkların ve çevreler içinde kaldığı belirsizlik niceliklerinin ölçülmesinin yöntemi kuantum mekaniğinden yararlanılarak uygulamalar ile sunulmuştur.

Abstract
In this study, the relationship between environment and organization is tried to be measured by using quantum mechanics within the scope of management and organization science which is the branch of social sciences. In this sense, this study shows that social sciences can be explained by the rules of natural sciences. In this study, two situations have been formed for quantum mechanics measurement of organization-environment relations. For both of these cases, fictitious organizations and environments and fictitious data related to the organization and environments were created. Based on these data, the method of measuring the probability of establishing a qualified relationship with the environments and the uncertainty quantities in the environments by specifying the relations of the organization with the environments (two environments) in the wave function is presented with applications by using quantum mechanics.
