This research; tourism sector hotel management front office uniformed services were planned and carried out with the aim of developing a "uniform collection design process model" in order to create a user-centered uniform collection in line with the opinions of the department staff and hotel managers. In the first stage of this research, which is a two-stage descriptive study, data were collected with a questionnaire and interview form. In the second stage, a capsule collection was prepared by the researchers for the staff of the tourism sector hotel management front office uniformed services. The universe of the research; The sample of 5-star hotel employees located within the borders of Istanbul European Side is comprised of “Elite World Hotel Business” employees. As a result of the research, hotel employees stated that the models, colors and fabrics are in accordance with the trends in their uniform designs, and the managers stated that aesthetics, functional and quality factors come to the fore in addition to corporate identity and brand values. In line with the opinions of the employees and the 2017-2018 fashion trends, a capsule collection was prepared in the example of the uniform design used by the door attendant from the front office and uniformed services department employees, and the "uniform collection preparation process model" consisting of 13+1 stages was developed.
