Abstract

In the life of a nation in a relaxed and peaceful life, in the life of the nation in unity and togetherness, without worrying about future, the country and the homeland it lives on has a significant place in its homeland. The developments and changes happening in other countries and societies surrounding the territory of the country as well as the events that are or are likely to be in the borders of their own countries affect the welfare and peace of the nation. Historical ties, especially supporting our inclination towards our own geographical proximity due to our religious, political and cultural relations, increase this influence. Syrian civil war occurring next to us and it has become a global problem, Turkey has moved to a different position when viewed from this point. As a result, various fields of work have been formed in Turkey, such as the Syrians who came to my country, Syrian people's situation, education, shelters, subsistence, health services, cultural adaptation studies, language learning and so on. When we look at these studies, it has been published a number of studies that deal with the situation positively or negatively, either side by side or unbiased, or from a critical point of view. In these studies, Syrian definitions have been made in various forms and Syrians have been portrayed. In this study, the definitions and descriptions of the Syrians that took place in the work of the Syrians about the teaching of Turkic languages as foreign languages were taken up. In this area considerable degree on the subject since the 2011 report, article or book written thesis. To reach all of them or to reflect all they will need to write a book. Therefore, the definitions and descriptions given in a number of articles have been given here and the evaluations have been made on them.
