Abstract

Organizational trust and organizational identification are among the topics that are considered important and frequently studied in organizational behavior discipline. The aim of this study is to determine the organizational trust and organizational identification levels of employees working in private hospital and also to determine whether the organizational trust dimensions have a significant effect on the organizational identification levels of the employees. As a result of the study, conducted with a total of 434 employees it was found that mean scores of the organizational trust averages of the employees were; 3,47 while, the mean of organizational identification; 3,52. Significant relationships were found between organizational trust dimensions and organizational identification. In addition, it was determined that trust dimensions of the manager and trust in the organization affected organizational identification positively and significantly.
