The aim of this study to evaluate the master's and doctoral theses studied on "Organizational Commitment" in the field of education sciences in Turkey between the years 2005-2018. Thirty-two postgraduate studies on organizational commitment allowed in the thesis screening center of Higher Education Council were reached. 30 of these theses are masters and 2 theses are doctoral theses. This research is a qualitative research and is in the general screening model. In addition, this research is a meta-evaluation study based on document analysis of selected postgraduate theses as data sources in the relevant years. The theses in the research are examined the type of thesis, the year of the thesis, the university, institute, thesis author's gender, the title of the thesis advisor, research methods, sample type, data sources, data collection tools and data analysis methods. Findings obtained as a result of the examination were interpreted by frequency and percentage tables and suggested.
