The aim of this study is to determine the profile of the stock market investors in Afyonkarahisar and Kutahya, to reveal the demographic, social and economic factors affecting the investors 'decisions and to determine the investors' knowledge levels. For this purpose, a survey study was conducted with stock market investors. It is seen that some of the factors obtained from this study are similar to some statistics obtained from the Central Securities Depository For Capital Market Instruments and belonging to the general investor profile in Turkey. According to the results of this study, investors do not have a lot of information on stock market investments and therefore cannot act like a rational investor.
