Abstract

This study aims to reveal the relationship level between the practical results of quality applications and job satisfaction in Mersin and Sakarya Universities. In this study, the attitudes of academics and employees of these universities were addressed. Numerical values of employee attitudes were obtained through Likert-type Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire with 20 questions and Total Quality Management Scale with 32 questions. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS20 statistical program. In this study, nonparametric tests were used as the data differed from normal distribution. Also, the research includes standard deviations and arithmetic means of variables such as university, gender, title, duration of work and monthly income. At the end of Spearman's Rho Correlation Analysis, a positive correlation exists between quality applications variables and job satisfaction.
