Healthy assesment, , correct diagnosis and placement and monitoring activities are crucial to prevent this risk. In order for the desired effects to be achieved with the special education services covering these activities, it is necessary to work with a team of interdisciplinaries, including the family. Social workers are also considered among the professions to be included in the special education services team in the literature of our country and all over the world and the effects of effective and efficient service delivery has been proven by research findings. However, according to the legislation of our special education services, our country is not counted as a permanent and necessary member of the special education services team which also includes social workers schools.
