Abstract

The existence of the social and educational troubles faced by the designers who are expected to make designs unrelated to the education they had taken forms the problem of our research. It is aimed to have trainings of many application areas in terms of difficulties experienced in the market -the business fields- about education programs. In this research, the compliance of the lesson contents of Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic which gives vocational training courses with the business fields in the market is discussed. According to the result of the research, it was concluded that the vocational training courses taken at the university don’t sufficiently to the experience meet the needs of the market and it was felt that education areas based on application are deficient.
