For this purpose, the KAM Methodology of World Bank (The Knowledge Assessment Methodology) was developed. KAM, which was developed by the World Bank, allows countries to analyze the performance of their knowledge economy. This method, allows countries to make comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of other countries in the knowledge economy. In this study, the Basic Scorecard Model, the Knowledge Economy Index Model and Custom Scorecard Model of KAM, and the model are explained and it is tried to determine the position of Turkey in knowledge economy with this method.},author={Sultan SALUR},year={2016},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
