The purpose of this research, health and business sense of climate health workers to determine the effect on the intention to leave work style of leadership. The sample of the study, selected through random sampling method in a county 100 health administration, reached the 503 health workers in the questionnaire. The data obtained from questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software. According to the findings, health workers a sense of business climate and leadership style, has been shown to affect the intent of job separations. According to the results of the analysis examined the effect of emotion through climate affect the intention to leave the job of leadership style in the health business, have been identified that influence climate through the part of feeling. According to findings obtained in this study there have been various proposals.
