Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the skills of health workers to manage their emotions in the perception of organizational citizenship behavior. In accordance with this purpose; The demographic characteristics of employees, management skills and feelings are to be measured by the expression of organizational citizenship behavior. Research was carried out by a hospital's 320 employees. Emotion management skills of those working in research, organizational citizenship behavior and sizes; altruism, kindness, conscientiousness, the result of analysis to measure the impact on civic virtue and sportsmanship, it is concluded that the ability to manage emotions have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
