A CONFLICT MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL FOR the LEADERS of AVIATION TRAINING INSTITUTIONS and ORGANIZATIONS HAVACILIK EĞİTİM KURUM ve KURULUŞLARINDA LİDERLER İÇİN BİR ÇATIŞMA YÖNETİM ÖNERİSİ
In this article, a new system for professional conflict management in globally developping aviation sector has been introduced. Systematic conflict management is important in order to upgrade secured communication to the highest level in aviation sector in accordance with mandatory rules. For this purpose, it has been tried to find answers to those questions. What are the aviation institutions and organizations in Turkey? What is the scope of the training? What are the action taking manager needs and conflict areas in the sector? Which kind conflict management system can be suggested? In the introduction section an overall information has been given about the content of the article.
