Health managers' leadership standards for workers made with impact cap on the effects of motivation in this study, health business manager of leadership standards, using motivational tools methods, an extensive literature review to identify the positive and negative effects on employee motivation and cause and effect to reveal the relationship survey was conducted . Study data were obtained by survey method and analysis of the study program is carried out with SPSS 19 statistical analyzes. Empirical method is preferred in the application part of the study. Information obtained from the theoretical part of the study and earlier research results, conclusions and recommendations section was added to the study. Brought into a report with the data obtained through scientific methods of research results, and health aimed at business executives and presenting the results and recommendations for the benefit of health professionals.
