The need for these policies increases especially in the periods of economic crisis. These policies, named as stabilization programs, are beneficial in overcoming the hardships as well as its social costs during application process. Although the stabilization programs in economics appear as solutions for macroeconomic and financial problems, some wrong policies due to political culture are determinant in the rise of the problems. The effects of political culture in defining the economic structure are more important in the developing countries. The numbers of the stabilization programs are relatively high in the last three decades.
