To this end, 1/25.000 scale map sheets of Turkey’s Topographic Maps prepared by the General Command of Mapping were used as basic material. Different thematic maps with various scales were used, too. Landform generations were grouped through Erol system in the first place. Then they were classified genetically. The obtained results were checked through field surveys and transformed into texts. It was understood that the study area contains landform generations that characterize various periods and different landforms that provide its topography with its current appearance. Also, it was seen that the study area includes river, shore, volcano, and elementary landforms belonging to karst topography besides main landforms such as mountain, plateau, and plain.
