Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim kurumlarında yöneticilerin yeterliklerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Tarama modelindeki araştırmanın örneklemini, Bursa ili merkezinde görev yapan 112 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri İnsanlarla İletişim Kurma, Etkili Biçimde Çalışma, Yeterli Bir Okul Binası ve Çevresi Hazırlama, Mesleğe Hizmet, Etkili Bir Örgüt Yönetimi ve Eğitim Programının ve Ortamının Yönetimi alt boyutlarından oluşan “Okul Yöneticilerinin Yeterlikleri Envanteri” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, t-testi ve ANOVA gibi analizler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, tüm boyutlarda öğretmenler okul yöneticilerini yeterli görmektedir. Öğretmenlerin görüşleri okul türü, mesleki kıdem, branş, daha önce yöneticilik yapma değişkenlerine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Ancak yöneticisiyle aynı sendikaya üye olma durumuna göre farklılaşmaktadır. Yöneticisiyle aynı sendikaya üye olan öğretmenler, okul yöneticilerini daha yeterli görmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine teachers' opinions about the competencies of administrators in educational institutions. The sample of the research in the survey model consists of 112 teachers working in Bursa city center. The data of the study was collected with the Yönetic Competence Inventory of School Administrators ”. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. According to the findings, teachers in all dimensions consider school administrators sufficient. Teachers' opinions do not differ according to variables such as school type, seniority, branch, and previous management. However, it differs according to the status of being a member of the same union with its manager. Teachers who are members of the same union as their administrators see school administrators as more adequate.
