Abstract

The format structure supports content. In poetry, form is the representation of the content in an aesthetic form. According to morphologists, the phonetic value of sounds in poetry importance in terms of meaning. In Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu's “Paramparça” poem, emotions and thoughts were carried to the surface by the selected sound, word and image and thus a meaningful aesthetic structure was created. Therefore, in this study, the structure of poetry from composition to aesthetics is tried to be put forward by starting from ”Paramparça” poem. In this respect, the literary text is discussed within the framework of aesthetic details and structural relations, and the relationship between functional elements and whole is emphasized. Thus, poetry has been evaluated in the context of surface structure-semantic structure harmony, as part-whole.
