THE EFFECT OF USING BLENDED LEARNING STRATEGY ON THE ACQUISITION OF MATHEMATICAL CONCEPTS AMONG BASIC THIRD GRADE STUDENTS IN JORDAN أثر استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المتمازج في تنمية المفاهيم الرياضية لدى طلبة الصف الثالث الأساسي في الأردن
This study aimed at investigating the effect of using blended learning strategy on the acquisition of mathematical concepts among basic third grade students in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (45) students, were chosen from third graders students, were deliberately selected from a public school in Dirctorate of Irbid Qsaba, the study sample distributed randomly into two groups experimental group (23) studied through blended learning strategy, and the control group (18) studied through normal method. In order to provide answers to the study question, the researcher used mathematical concepts test. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified by the suitable educational and statistical methods. After analyzing the results by the statistical method the findings were: there were statistical significant differences in the acquisition of mathematical concepts attributed to the group, in favor of the experimental group. And there were no statistical significant differences in the acquisition of mathematical concepts attributed to the interaction between studying strategy and gender.
