Abstract

Pre-school education is one of the most important educational stages in which children earn basic attitudes. It is necessary to start training at very young ages in order to train individuals who are qualified, healthy and have desirable behaviors. In development, the physical, emotional and mental qualities develop in relation to each other by showing a whole. As the child grows, the weight increases, the height increases, the mental functions change, the body measurements change from day to day. The main goal of gymnastics is to raise children with every step of the body's physical control. Children learn basic gymnastic movements at the same time as they develop their skills in a fun environment, flexibility, hand-foot coordination, balance, strength, agility. Gymnastics contributes positively to physical and psychological development that appeals to the development of both boys and girls. Gymnastics provides physical development to children and at the same time maintains an aesthetic appearance and balances weight and body muscle mass according to length. The constant repetition of some movements of the child during the play has a great prospect in that it naturally accelerates the muscle development and strengthens the muscle and bone structure of the children, the more conscious use of the bodies and the flexibility. Children repeatedly play games such as riding, imitating animals, climbing and rope jumping speed up muscle growth and make them stronger.
