Abstract

Capitalism has brought a new dimension to the process of existence through change and transformation policies that it has initiated within itself. In the last quarter of the twentieth century, these policies, called the neoliberal counterrevolution, in the name of England and America, Structural adjustment law encompasses a number of fundamental changes in the political, economic and cultural field. The new regime, called globalization, is to expand the scope of the capitalist capital globally and to connect the third world countries to the market economy. The project will only proceed according to the guarantee agreements that countries will accept. Most of the legislations have been accepted or forced to accept. Thus the world became the open market of the international capital. In this case, the countries that have added the global chain have been abandoned at the mercy of neoliberal policies. The representation of the state, which has been removed from production, has been reduced to the position of a company limited to arbitration status. Neoliberal policies, political playmaking, not only liberalize the economy, but also aim to provide social integration on a global scale. Thanks to the postmodernism consumer culture that constitutes the logic of capitalism, the social structure and the future are aimed at transformation through the provoked consumer.
