Tevfik Fikret,who is an important figüre in Türkish Literature,because of the evil conditions in his country,he gives an importance to the youth. We can see,the importance which is given to the youth by Tevfik Fikret,in his poem book, which is named ‘’Halûk’un Defteri’’. He sends Halûk to Scotland to have education. By examining this poem book,we tried to understand that,how can we understand the expectations of Fikret from the youth.Thanks to this,beside being a poet,we try to explain Tevfik Fikret as an Artist,teacher and an architect.
