BLAME LAW AND DUTIES OF MUNICIPALITIES IN TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTARTIVE SANCTIONS FOR WRONGDOINGS KABAHATLER KANUNU VE KABAHATLERE İDARİ YAPTIRIM UYGULANMASI KONUSUNDA BELEDİYELERİN GÖREVLERİ
The contribution of the Local Governance to social order is effective by the “implementation of administrative sanctions” including “Blame Law”. Blame Law distinguesh some minor wrongdoings from crime and puts the administrative law, not legal law, just in the center of regulations. According to th law, Municipalities and “Zabıta (Local Police) Departments” are responsible for establishing social order. Within this context, mayors, municipal assamblies are obliged to maket he Law effective end efficent. This study primarily aims to update the people on current financial punishments and, secondly to be a contribution to accalerate the social order establishment.
