Abstract

In the twenty-first century, knowledge and people have become the most important capital of businesses. The quality of the human resources of the enterprises, while keeping them one step ahead of their competitors, is one of the most important factors in terms of sustaining their existence. Therefore, the motivation and job satisfaction of the employees is an issue that companies should seriously focus on. The aim of this study is to investiagete whether the 'task distribution factor' is considered as an effective factor in determining the motivation-job satisfaction of the employees. The hypotheses of the study were tested in three private health institutions operating in Sultangazi district of Istanbul in 2019. As a result of the research; It was determined that there was a difference in motivation and job satisfaction levels of employees according to the distribution of tasks.
