The magazine, which has recently been added to the land of the homeland and published in a region that has been captured for a long time, has collected the ideals of the newly established Republic on its pages. Especially the articles that continue on the nationalist-Turkic line sometimes change to a militarist line as a result of the emergence of the war. In addition, the “new person” ideal of the era and the relationship of the newly established state with the public have also spread to the journal. In this article, the content of the articles will be evaluated as content after introducing the journal shape features and goals and these articles will be considered together with the world of thought. Thus, besides the introduction of a magazine published in the region, the intellectual atmosphere of the period will be revealed.
