Abstract

This article focuses on the media marketing of violence, which has played a very important role in our lives from past to present, and how films and TV series become an artistic tool. While the violence that comes into art is reflected as a manifestation of socio-cultural and economic problems of the society, it activates the chain of command by sending a subliminal message to the brain in a psychological sense. Violence, which can be seen as an expression of the power of society, strengthens a two-pronged inequality by feeding on mass media, which often turns into propaganda. It is inevitable that films and serials, one of the most powerful tools of the media, dictate their reality to society.
