E-government is a model devoted to the aim of achieving different skills with speed, accuracy, and efficiency with information technologies of public administration. Contrary to the first impression, the model does not only contain a technical dimension. The model has also an intricate structure including legal, social and economic dimensions. These different dimensions make it difficult to make an impact as much as it contributes. Management of e-government is a matter of accumulation and vision. Of course, societies with preparedness and foresight are making more progress in e-government. However, it still has the potential to provide an opportunity for every society.
