With the measurement of performance, firms have the chance to compare the increases and decreases in their performance over the years with other companies. Firms that to measure performance accurately can make decisions based on market conditions and provide competitive advantage over their competitors when marketing their products and services. Within the scope of the study, the activities of BIST XUTEK companies were examined. The variables of inputs and outputs selected for efficiency analysis of the enterprises examined were selected from the studies in the literature. 15 firms whose data can be accessed were used in the study. In this study, quarterly data between 2017: 03 and 2019: 06 are used. Variables Used in the Study: Input; Total Debt / Equity, Transfer of Receivables, Current Ratio-Output; Return on Equity (%) is Net Profit Margin.
