Interviews were held between December 2018 and January 2019 with doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses, physiotherapists, organ and tissue transplant coordinators, assistant coordinators and health managers. The total interview time was 151.97 minutes. As a result of the interviews, five main dimensions were determined. These; “Knowledge Level, Attitude in Three Dimension, Attendants, Professional Activities and Recommendations sıralan. These dimensions are then subdivided into categories. The most important barriers to organ and tissue donation from the eyes of all professional groups participating in the study are; uncertainty of diagnosis of brain death, the inadequacy of people providing donation training, removal of organs and tissues after brain death and lack of religious satisfactory clarity.
