THE ROLE OF GENERATION Z IN THE TRANSFER OF INDUSTRY 4.0 TO THE NEXT GENERATIONS

The Fourth Industrial Revolution entails the concept of self-coordination and optimisation of machines, computers, sensors, and other integrated computing systems via exchanging information almost completely independent of human beings. As for Generation Z, it refers to the individuals born between the dates of 2000-2030, also known as the golden generation or Generation Alpha. The study emphasizes the formative role of Generation Z, which will transfer the concept of Industry 4.0, which is deemed as future technology, to the next generations, and will fashionnew behavioural patterns and service standards that are appropriate for the concept. Following the literature review, the data were analysed and evaluated, which, in conclusion, featured the formative role of Generation Z. Despite the lack of studies that delve into the relationship between Industry 4.0 and Generation Z, these concepts are predicted to be interrelated. Hence, the study is considered to pioneer future research.
