A total of 90 footballers from 9 champion teams of Istanbul Super Amateur Football League groups participated in the survey in 2017/2018 season. "Leadership Scale in Sport" and "Personal Information Form" developed by Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) were used to determine leadership qualities in sport. As a result of the analysis, were determined that demographic leadership behavior dimension average 31.31, positive feedback leadership behavior dimension average 27.08, state evaluation leadership behavior dimension average 22.72, social support leadership behavior dimension average 20.46, education instruction leadership behavior dimension average 23.83, autocratic leadership behavior dimension average 27.03 the overall leadership behavior score 152.43.
