Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, amatör futbol liglerindeki başarılı antrenörlerin futbolcu algılarına göre antrenör liderlik davranışlarını incelemektir. Araştırmaya 2017/2018 sezonu İstanbul Süper Amatör Futbol Ligi gruplarının 9 şampiyon takımından toplam 90 futbolcusu katılmıştır. Sporda liderlik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla Chelladurai ve Saleh (1980) tarafından geliştirilen ‘‘Sporda Liderlik Ölçeği’’ ve ‘‘Kişisel Bilgi Formu’’ kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda demokratik liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 31.31, olumlu geri besleme liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 27.08, durum değerlendirme liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 22.72, sosyal destek liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 20.46, eğitim öğretim liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 23.83, otokratik liderlik davranış boyutu ortalaması 27.03 ve genel liderlik davranış skoru 152.43 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak elde edilen bulgulara göre araştırma grubunun antrenörlerin liderlik özellikleri futbolcuların yaşlarına ve spor yaşına göre incelendiğinde anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine coach leadership behaviors according to footballer perceptions of successful coaches in amateur football leagues. A total of 90 footballers from 9 champion teams of Istanbul Super Amateur Football League groups participated in the survey in 2017/2018 season. "Leadership Scale in Sport" and "Personal Information Form" developed by Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) were used to determine leadership qualities in sport. As a result of the analysis, were determined that demographic leadership behavior dimension average 31.31, positive feedback leadership behavior dimension average 27.08, state evaluation leadership behavior dimension average 22.72, social support leadership behavior dimension average 20.46, education instruction leadership behavior dimension average 23.83, autocratic leadership behavior dimension average 27.03 the overall leadership behavior score 152.43. According to the findings obtained, there was no significant difference in the leadership characteristics of the coaches of the study group when examined according to the age of the footballers and the training age.
