Today, the concept of development has a broader meaning beyond being a concept that has been used only in the past with economic criteria. This concept is a more comprehensive concept that incorporates political, social, cultural and social qualities together with economic criteria and in its essence, it is only meaningful to people. The change and development of the human capital is possible with the educational policies to be implemented. The machinery, technology and knowledge required for development are also the gains that will emerge together with educational investments. For this reason, Harran University, Şanlıurfa Technical Sciences MYO undertakes an important mission. In this study, it has been aimed to determine the factors affecting to the lessons, education, professional development and physical conditions and the factors affecting them; by face to face with 264 students who study in 10 programs in Technical Sciences Vocational School by simple random sampling method. According to the results, 60.6% of the students choose the program they want to study. Statistical significance has been determined between gender, place of birth, the class which is studied, family income, high school graduation, program style and preference orders, and glances on variables.
