This was a semi-experimental study including pre test-post test design with a single group. The study was conducted with 90 students who agreed to participate in the research and who were in class one in 2012-2013 academic years at the health school of a state university in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. The data was collected by administrating the personal information form, the scale of Problem Solving Inventory and Communication Skills Evaluation before and after the course. Numbers, percentage, t Test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to evaluate the data. After Self Knowledge and Communication Management course, the average scores of problem solving inventory and communication skills evaluation scale increased statistically significantly (p<0.01). In research it was found Self Knowledge and Communication Management course affected students’ problem solving and communication skills positively and provided them awareness.},author={Hatice TAMBAĞ},year={2017},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
