In the process, credit is given to establish a small business instead of helping as any donation to the poor and paid back weekly in the long run. It is helped the other poor family with this credit paid back. It seems to be payment ratio as approximately 99%. The system has been started to apply in many countries because of this success. Firstly Turkish microcredit application started in Diyarbakır as a pilot area in 2003. In this study, it is discussed microcredit applications in some selected countries and compared the applications in Turkey with others.
