This study primarily aims to determine the effects of transformational leadership behaviours on knowledge management processes. Limited studies on this subject and absence of any study concerning the effects of transformational leadership ship behaviours on knowledge management processes in the context of hotel chains constitutes the main motivation for the study. Related data was collected from 423 respondents of 29 foreign and 36 national hotel chains operating in Turkey. Frequency and percentage techniques, mean and standard deviation, Correlation and Regression Analysis were used at data analysis. Results of the study indicate that transformational leadership behaviours positively affect knowledge management processes
