Abstract

The relationship between ıntellectual capital and image of schools has been investigated in this study of scanning model. 441 teachers who are working in primary schools of Erzurum province participated to this study. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed using SPSS 19 software package. As a result of the principal component analysis, it has been found that intellectual capital consists of share, structural capital, relational capital, information technology use, human capital, research and development. Organizational image consists of work environment, quality of management, financial stability, emotional appeal, quality of service, and social responsibility. In this research, t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and regression analysis were done. Alpha reliability value of intellectual capital and image capital scales was found as .95 and KMO value as .96.
