This research has been implemented with the aim of explaining the communication conflicts which affect the success in teaching mathematics. In the research, opinions of mathematics teachers from city centers, town centers and villages were taken. In this way, communication conflicts were tried to be examined in terms of teacher and locations. 60 mathematics teachers participated in this work and A- 55 questions ve five point Likert-type scale were applied. The findings based on the participants’ opinions revealed that, the teachers were generally effective on comminications skills; however, participants stated that, these skills need to be developed.
