Abstract
Bu araştırma matematik öğretiminde başarıyı olumsuz etkileyecek iletişim çatışmalarını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada il merkez, ilçe merkez ve köylerdeki matematik öğretmenlerinin düşünceleri alınmıştır. Böylelikle iletişim çatışmaları öğretmen ve yerleşim yerleri boyutlarıyla incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmaya 60 matematik öğretmeni katılmıştır. Katılımcılara 55 madde ve beşli likert tipi ölçek uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmenlerin iletişim becerileri genel olarak etkili bulunmuştur, ancak bu becerilerin geliştirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
This research has been implemented with the aim of explaining the communication conflicts which affect the success in teaching mathematics. In the research, opinions of mathematics teachers from city centers, town centers and villages were taken. In this way, communication conflicts were tried to be examined in terms of teacher and locations. 60 mathematics teachers participated in this work and A- 55 questions ve five point Likert-type scale were applied. The findings based on the participants’ opinions revealed that, the teachers were generally effective on comminications skills; however, participants stated that, these skills need to be developed.
