Abstract
Çok çeşitli uygulamaları olan kompresyon giysilerini, vücudun desteklenmesi ya da tedavi edilmesi amacıyla sağlık alanında kullanan kişilerin dış giyim konforlarında karşılaştıkları problemlerin belirlenerek çözüm önerileri getirilmesinin amaçlandığı bu çalışmanın örneklemini; basit tesadüfi örnekleme tekniği ile belirlenen, sadece sağlık amacıyla kompresyon giysilerini kullanan 85 kadın oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri iki bölümden oluşan anket formu ile toplanmıştır. İlk bölümünde, kullanıcıları bilgilendirme ve demografik özellikleri içeren sorular, ikinci bölümde ise bireylerin kompresyon giysisini kullanım amacı, sıklığı ve kompresyon giysisi kullanırken dış giysilerinde karşılaştıkları psikolojik, termofizyolojik ve fiziksel konfor problemlerini belirlemeye yönelik üçlü likert soruların yer aldığı anket ile elde edilen veriler, SPSS-24 istatistik programında analiz edilerek, frekans ve karşılaştırma tabloları halinde sunularak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların önemli çoğunluğunun kompresyon giysilerinin hareketlerini her zaman kısıtladığı ve giysilerin yüzeyinden belli olduğunu, her zaman asimetrik bir görüntü oluşturduğunu belirttikleri, ayrıca bazen darlık hissi yaşadıkları ve normalden fazla terlediklerini vurguladıkları belirlenmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar doğrultusunda dört adet giysi tasarlanmış ve vücudun farklı bölgelerine yönelik belirlenen problemlere çözüm önerisi geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract
In this study which it is aimed to identify the problems faced by people who use compression garments that have a wide variety of applications-in the field of health, support or treat the body- and to propose solutions. The sample of this study which determined by simple random sampling technique, consists of 85 women who use compression garments for health purposes only. Research data were collected with a questionnaire consisting of two parts. First part, includes questions about the users’ demographic characteristicsThe purpose of the second section, which also includes a triple Likert scale, is to ascertain the wearers' motivations for wearing compression clothing, as well as any psychological, thermophysiological, or physical discomfort they may experience while doing so. By using the statistical application SPSS 24, the data were evaluated and then provided as frequency and comparison tables that could be interpreted. The study's findings showed that a sizable majority of the participants claimed that wearing compression clothing always restricted their movements, showed through the surface of their clothing, always created an unbalanced appearance, occasionally made them feel tight, and caused them to sweated more than usual. According to the findings, four articles of clothing were created, and a proposal for a solution to the issues identified for various body areas was created.
