Abstract
Küreselleşmenin yeni bir boyutuyla günümüzde tüm dünyada baş döndüren bir hızla yaygınlaşan dijital dönüşüm süreci ile her şey değişime uğramış ve teknolojinin gelişmesiyle beraber sanallaşmaya başlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda fiziki dünya ve sanal dünya ayrı değerlendirilmeyip her ikisi de birbirine bağlantılıdır. 2011 yılında Almanya’daki teknoloji fuarı ile Endüstri 4.0 kavramı ortaya çıkmıştır. Adı dünyanın farklı yerlerinde Endüstri 4.0, Sanayi 4.0, İleri İmalat Teknolojisi, Dijital Üretim Evrimi, Dijital Dönüşüm veya İleri Üretim vb. farklı adlarla tanımlanmış olsa da. Biz bu çalışmamızda daha çok yaygın tanımlamalar olan Endüstri 4.0 ve Sanayi 4.0 olarak kullanacağız. Japon Hükümeti, 2016 yılında 5. Bilim ve Teknoloji Temel Planını yayınlayarak Toplum 5.0 fikrinin önermektedir. Bu sayede yeni bir sanayi devrimi başlamaktadır.Çalışma kapsamında, endüstri devrimlerinin getirdikleri ve süreçleri hakkında genel hatlarıyla bilgilendirmenin yanında, güncel küresel rekabette Endüstri 4.0 ve Toplum 5.0 sürecinin ekonomik, sosyal vb. açılardan olumlu, olumsuz çıktıları inovasyon ve simülasyon bağlamında değerlendirilme yapılmıştır.

Abstract
With a new dimension of globalization, everything has changed with the digital transformation process, which is spreading at a dizzying speed all over the world today, and with the development of technology, it is starting to become virtual. In this context, the physical world and the virtual world are not considered separately and both are connected to each other. the concept of Industry 4.0 emerged with the technology fair in Germany in 2011. It is called Industry 4.0, Industry 4.0, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Digital Manufacturing Evolution, Digital Transformation or Advanced Manufacturing, etc. in different parts of the world. Although it is identified by different names. In this study, we will use Industry 4.0 and Industry 4.0, which are more common definitions. The Japanese Government, 5 in 2016. It proposes the idea of Society 5.0 by publishing the Basic Plan of Science and Technology. In this way, a new industrial revolution is starting.Within the scope of the study, in addition to informing in general terms about the developments and processes of the industrial revolutions, the economic, social, etc. Processes of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 in current global competition. The positive and negative outcomes from the perspectives were evaluated in the context of innovation and simulation.
