TÜRKİYE’DE LİSANS DÜZEYİNDE TURİST REHBERLİĞİ BÖLÜMLERİNDE ZORUNLU ARKEOLOJİ DERSLERİ VEREN AKADEMİSYENLERİN BRANŞLARI ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Abstract
Bu araştırma, Türkiye’de turizm rehberliği bölümlerinde arkeoloji alanında ders veren akademisyenlerin mesleki formasyonlarını belirlemek maksadı ile yapılmıştır. Türkiye’de lisans düzeyinde turizm rehberliği eğitimi veren kurumların bünyesinde zorunlu arkeoloji derslerini veren akademisyenler, araştırmaya tarama modeli ile dâhil edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda 2021 yılında Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu program atlası taranmış ve 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında lisans düzeyinde turizm rehberliği programlarına öğrenci kabul eden fakülte ve yüksekokulların listesi çıkarılmıştır. Ardından bu okulların müfredatları, 2021-2022 yılı güz ve bahar dönemi ders programları ile ders bilgi paketlerinden destek alınarak, zorunlu arkeoloji derslerini veren akademisyenler tespit edilmiş ve YÖK AKADEMİK üzerinden özgeçmişleri ve aldıkları eğitimler incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, tespit edilen 32 akademisyenden, 16 kadarının arkeoloji konusunda lisans, yüksek lisans ya da doktora eğitimi aldıkları görülmüştür. Almış oldukları tüm dereceleri arkeoloji bölümünden alan 11 akademisyen vardır.

Abstract
This research was carried out to determine the professional formations of academicians who teach in the field of archeology in tourism guidance departments in Turkey. Academicians who give compulsory archeology courses within the institutions that provide tourism guidance education at the undergraduate level in Turkey were included in the research with the screening model. In this context, the program atlas of the YÖK was searched in 2021 and the list of faculties and colleges that accept students to undergraduate tourism guidance programs in the 2021-2022 academic year was prepared. Then, the curricula of these schools, the fall and spring semester curricula of 2021-2022, and the academics who teach compulsory archeology courses were determined by support from the course information packages, their resumes, degrees, and departments were examined through YÖK AKADEMIK. According to the study, 16 of the 32 academics held undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. degrees in archaeology. 11 academicians received all of their degrees from the department of archeology.
