Abstract
Araştırmada, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı Ankara Etlik İhtisas ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Hemodiyaliz Bölümü hemodiyaliz hastaları içerisinden gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak belirlenmiş 12 hastaya görsel sanatlar çalışmaları rehabilitasyon amaçlı uygulanmış uygulamaların ve uygulamaya ilişkin hastaların düşünce ve duygu yapılarında ki değişimler, sanatsal tedavi sürecine olan katkıları, hasta yakınlarına uygulanan anket çalışması ile ele alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, tedavi sürecindeki Hemodiyaliz hastalarıyla gerçekleştirilen sanatsal uygulama çalışmalarının hastaların kendilerini rahat hissetmelerine katkı sağladığı hasta yakınları tarafından belirlenmiştir. Hasta yakınları ile gerçekleştirilen anket sonuçlarına göre de sanatsal uygulamalar bu hastaların, tedavi sürecinde kendilerini rahat hissetmelerine yüksek oranda katkı sağlamıştır. Araştırmada; Ankara Etlik İhtisas ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Hemodiyaliz bölümünde yapılan görsel sanatlar çalışmaları kapsamında uygulanan çalışmaların hastaların kendilerini rahat hissetmelerine katkısı hasta yakınları tarafından değerlendirilmiş ve yüksek bir oranla olumlu katkısı olduğu. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; sanatsal uygulama çalışmaları Hemodiyaliz hastalarının benlik anlayışı gelişimine , günlük hayatta rutin işlerin nitelikli işleyişini desteklediği belirlenmiş ve tedavi sürecinde hastaların morallerinin yüksek olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

According to the results of the survey conducted with the patient's relatives, artistic practices also contributed to a high degree of comfort of these patients during the treatment process. Research; The contribution of the studies applied in the scope of visual arts studies conducted in the hemodialysis department of Ankara Etlik Specialized and Research Hospital has been evaluated by the patient's patients and has had a positive contribution with a high rate. According to research results, studies on the application of hemodialysis patients artistic self-understanding of the development and functioning in daily life routine of the patients in the treatment process that supports the qualified determined, it is observed that the morale is high.
