Abstract
Güven en temel insan ihtiyaçlarının başında gelmektedir. Genel anlamı ile güven duygusu insanın malının ve canının zarar görmeyeceği bir ortamda bulunması hissidir. Geleceğimizi yönlendirecek olan çocukların eğitim gördüğü okullar güvenin en çok olması gereken alanlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada okul yöneticilerinin okul güvenliğine ilişkin algıları incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Diyarbakır ili Çınar ilçesinde görev yapan okul yöneticileri, örneklemini ise bu yöneticiler arasından rastgele seçim yöntemiyle ulaşılmış 11 okul yöneticisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda okul yöneticilerinin okul güvenliğine ilişkin algılarının daha çok okulların fiziksel yani bina güvenliği üzerinde yoğunlaştığı görülmektedir. Araştırmada ayrıca belgeli İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği uzmanının, güvenlik görevlilerinin ve yardımcı personelin ihtiyaç olduğu sorunu da ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunun yanında kantinlerdeki gıdaların kalitesi ve hijyen sorununun da güvenlik sorunu olarak algılandığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Trust is one of the most basic human needs. In general terms, the feeling of trust is the feeling of being in an environment where one's property and life will not be harmed. The schools where the children who will direct our future are educated is one of the areas where trust should be the most. In this study, school administrators' perceptions of school safety were examined. The universe of the research consisted of school administrators working in the Çınar district of Diyarbakır province, and the sample consisted of 11 school administrators who were reached by random selection method among these administrators. As a result of the research, it is seen that the perceptions of school administrators about school safety mostly focus on the physical, that is, building safety of schools. The research also revealed the need for a certified Occupational Health and Safety specialist, security guards and auxiliary personnel. In addition, it has been determined that the quality of the food in the canteens and the hygiene problem are perceived as a safety problem.
