ETKİLİ TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİ İÇİN TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ FAALİYETLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ: DEMATEL TABANLI BİR YAKLAŞIM

Abstract
Tedarik zincirinin etkili bir şekilde yönetilmesinde, tedarik zinciri içerisindeki üyelerin üstlendiği görevleri başarılı bir şekilde yerine getirmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra, tedarik zinciri üyelerinin tedarik zinciri içerisinde yürüttükleri faaliyetler arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamak da önem arz etmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada, Tedarik zinciri üyeleri tarafından gerçekleştirilen ve tedarik zinciri faaliyetleri olarak adlandırılan planlama, tedarik, üretim, dağıtım, envanter (stok) yönetimi, lojistik ve bilgi yönetimi faaliyetlerinin, etkili bir tedarik zinciri yönetimi için birbirleri ile olan etki ve ilişki düzeyinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için öncelikli olarak, 9 ayrı uzmandan görüş alınmış ve toplanan uzman görüşleri çok kriterli karar verme yöntemi olan DEMATEL yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucuna göre tedarik zinciri faaliyetleri arasında en yüksek ilişki düzeyine sahip faaliyet, üretim faaliyeti olarak belirlenmiştir. Tedarik zinciri faaliyetler arasında en düşük ilişki düzeyine sahip faaliyet ise bilgi yönetimi faaliyetidir. Ayrıca dağıtım, üretim, lojistik ve envanter (stok) yönetimi faaliyetlerinin etkilenen faaliyetler grubunda ve bilgi yönetimi, planlama ve tedarik faaliyetlerinin ise etkileyen faaliyetler grubunda yer aldığı çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular arasındadır.

Abstract
It is of great importance that the members of the supply chain successfully fulfill their duties in the effective management of the supply chain. In addition, it is important to understand the relationship between the activities of supply chain members. In this study, it is aimed to determine the level of relationship and influence between planning, procurement, production, distribution, inventory (stock) management, logistics and information management activities, which are called supply chain activities and carried out by supply chain members, for an effective supply chain management. For this, firstly, opinions from 9 different experts were taken and the collected expert opinions were analyzed with the DEMATEL method, which is a multi-criteria decision-making method. According to the results of the analysis, the activity with the highest level of relationship among the supply chain activities was determined as the production activity. The activity with the lowest level of relationship among supply chain activities is knowledge management activity. In addition, it is among the findings obtained from the study that distribution, production, logistics and inventory (stock) management activities are included in the affected activities group, and information management, planning and supply activities are included in the affecting activities group.
