Abstract
Turizm ve seyahat kararlarında çocukların etkisinin artmasıyla birlikte ‘‘aile turizmi, çocuk dostu turizm, çocuk dostu otel’’ gibi kavramlar oldukça yaygınlaşmıştır. Bu kavramlar tatil süresi boyunca çocukların güvenlik ve sağlık durumlarını, eğlenceli ve hoş vakit geçirmelerini ve hem fiziksel hem bilişsel gelişimlerini ön planda tutan, ebeveynlerin ise tatillerini daha rahat geçirmelerini sağlayan bir turizm anlayışı olan çocuk dostu turizmini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Antalya ilindeki çocuk dostu konseptli otellerin çocuk animasyonları ile ilgili çevrimiçi ziyaretçi değerlendirmelerinin içerik analizi teknikleriyle analiz edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada, TripAdvisor internet sitesinde 2017- 2020 yılları arasında bulunan 789 yorum incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, animasyon personelinin çocuklara ilgisi, güler yüzlü olmaları, etkinliklerin çocuklar için özenle seçilmiş olması, etkinlik çeşitliliği ve aktivitelerde millet ayrımının yapılmaması gibi konular beğenilirken aktivitelerin yabancılara yönelik olması, aynı aktivitelerin tekrar edilmesi, yabancı animatörlerin Türk çocuklarıyla ilgilenmemesi gibi konularda şikâyetlerin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma çocuk animasyonuyla ilgili yapılmış az sayıda çalışma olması bakımından önem arz etmektedir.

Abstract
Concepts such as “family tourism, child-friendly tourism, child-friendly hotel” have become quite common With the increasing influence of children in tourism and travel decisions. These concepts reveal child-friendly tourism whis is a tourism approach that prioritizes the safety and health status of children, their fun and enjoyable time, and both their physical and cognitive development during the holiday period, while allowing parents to spend their holidays more comfortably. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the online visitor evaluations of child-friendly concept hotels in Antalya province with content analysis techniques. In the study, 789 reviews found on the TripAdvisor website between 2017 and 2020 were examined. In the study, it has been determined that while the animation staff's interest in children, their smiling faces, the carefully selected activities for children, the variety of activities and the absence of nationality in the activities are liked, there are complaints about the activities being aimed at foreigners, the repetition of the same activities, and the foreign animators not taking care of Turkish children. This study is important in that there are few studies on children's animation.
