TÜRK DÜNYASI ORTAK TÜRK TARİHİ DERS KİTABI İLE TÜRKİYE’DE OKUTULAN LİSE TARİH DERS KİTAPLARINDA TÜRK TARİHİ VE UYGAR-LIĞININ YERİ ÜZERİNE BİR KAPSAM KARŞILAŞTIRMASI

Abstract
Türk cumhuriyetlerinin okullarında okutulacak bir ortak tarih ders kitabının hazırlanmasına ilk olarak 1992 yılında başlanmışsa da bu girişim başarıya ulaşamamıştır. 2012 yılında Uluslararası Türk Akademisinin kurulmasından sonra bu konu tekrar gündeme gelmiş ve Akademi bu misyonu üstlenerek Ortak Türk Tarihi ders kitabının yazımını başarıyla sonuçlandırmıştır. Sekizinci sınıflara yönelik olarak yazılan Ortak Türk Tarihi Ders kitabı ilk olarak 2019 yılında Türkiye; Kazakistan ve Azerbaycan okullarında seçmeli ders olarak okutulmaya başlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı Ortak Türk Tarihi 8 ders kitabı ile Türkiye’de ortaöğretim okullarında okutulmakta olan ve aynı tarihsel dönemi kapsayan Tarih 9 ve Tarih 10 ders kitaplarını Türk tarihi ve medeniyeti ile ilgili konulara yer verilme durumu açısından karşılaştırmaktır. Araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Ortak Türk tarihi ders kitabının içerdiği Türk devletleri, maddi ve manevi kültür unsurları ve tarihi şahsiyetler bakımından daha geniş kapsama sahip olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu ders kitabının tüm Türk cumhuriyetlerinde zorunlu ders olarak okutulmasının ortak tarih bilincinin gelişmesine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Although the preparation of a common history textbook to be taught in the schools of the Turkic republics was first started in 1992, this attempt could not be successful. After the establishment of the International Turkic Academy in 2012, this issue came to the fore again and the Academy undertook this mission and successfully concluded the writing of the Common Turkish History textbook. The Common Turkish History Textbook, which was written for eighth graders, was first started to be taught as an elective course in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan schools in 2019. The aim of this research is to compare the Common Turkish History 8 textbooks and the History 9 and History 10 textbooks, which cover the same historical period and which are taught in secondary schools in Turkey, in terms of the situation in which subjects related to Turkish history and civilization are included. Document analysis method was used in the research. As a result of the research, it has been understood that the Common Turkish History textbook has a wider scope in terms of the Turkish states, material and spiritual cultural elements and historical figures. It is thought that teaching this textbook as a compulsory course in all Turkic republics will contribute to the development of common historical consciousness.
