Abstract
Çocuk hakları, çocukların; fiziksel, sosyal ve bilişsel yönden gelişimini destekleyen, çocukları dil, din, renk ayırt etmeksizin her ortamda korumayı amaçlayan uluslararası imzalanmış sözleşmeler ve antlaşmalarla korunan haklardır. Çocuk haklarını, çocukların tanımasından öte çocukların içinde doğduğu, yaşadığı ve kişiliğinin temellerinin atılmasını sağlayan aile ortamlarındaki yetişkinlerin, ebeveynlerin, tanıması gerekir. Yapılan çalışmalar ailelerin çocuk hakları konusunda bilinçlendirilmesi gerektiğini ortaya koymuştur. Bu doğrultuda yapılan bu çalışmada ailelerin çocuk haklarına ilişkin tutumu geliştirmek adına ebeveynlere yönelik çocuk hakları programı oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, ebeveynlerin çocuk haklarına ilişkin tutumlarının, ebeveynlere yönelik hazırlanan çocuk hakları programına göre değişimini incelemektir. Bu amaç ile bu çalışma nicel araştırma desenlerinden öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu deneysel desen ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya Gaziantep il merkezinde bulunan, çocuğu okul öncesi eğitimine devam eden, 15 deney 15 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplamda 30 ebeveyn katılmıştır. Programın etkililiğini ölçmek adına ön test, son test ve kalıcılık testlerinde Yurtsever (2009) tarafından geliştirilen “Ebeveynlere Yönelik Çocuk Hakları Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 21 paket programı yardımı ile Mann Whitney U Testi ve Friedman Testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizler neticesinde, çocuk hakları programına katılan ebeveynlerin, çocuk haklarına ilişkin tutumlarının toplam puanında olumlu yönde bir artış olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan çalışmanın sonucunda örneklemdeki ebeynlerin çocuk hakları konusunda eğitim almalarının, ebeynlerin çocuk haklarına ilişkin tutumlarını geliştirdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda uygulamalara ve araştırmalara yönelik bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
Children's rights, children; these are the rights that support their physical, social and cognitive development, aim to protect children in every environment regardless of language, religion and color, and are protected by internationally signed conventions and treaties. Children's rights should be recognized by adults and parents in family environments where children are born, live, and provide the foundation for their personality. Studies have revealed that families should be made aware of children's rights. In this study, a child rights program was created for parents in order to improve the attitude of families regarding children's rights. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of parents' attitudes towards children's rights according to the child rights program prepared for parents. For this purpose, this study was conducted with an experimental design with pre-test and post-test control group, one of the quantitative research methods. A total of 30 parents, 15 experimental and 15 control groups, who are in the city center of Gaziantep, whose children are attending pre-school education, participated in the study. In order to measure the effectiveness of the program, the "Child Rights Attitude Scale towards Parents" developed by Yurtsever (2009) was used in the pre-test, post-test and permanence tests. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 package program using Mann Whitney U Test and Friedman Test. As a result of the analysis, it was observed that there was a positive increase in the total score of the attitudes towards children's rights of the parents participating in the child rights program. As a result of the study, it was found that sample parents' training on children's rights improved their attitudes towards children's rights. At the end of the study, some suggestions were made for applications and researches.
