Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, 3-6 yaş çocuğu olan ebeveynlerin çocuk cinsel istismarına dair kaygılarının belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla literatür incelenerek oluşturulan 21 maddelik soru havuzu ölçme aracının geliştirilmesinde kullanılmıştır. Sonrasında uzman görüşleri alınmış ve oluşturulan 21 maddenin olduğu hali ile kalmasına karar verilmiştir. Ölçek, İstanbul ilinde yaşayan 3-6 yaş dönem çocuğu olan 355 ebeveyne uygulanmıştır. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda Cinsel İstismar Ebeveyn Kaygı Ölçeği (CİSEK), faktör yükleri ,57 ile ,91 arasında değişen 11 madde ve üç alt ölçekten oluşan bir yapı sergilemiştir. Bu alt ölçekler; ‘Emanet Etme’, ‘Çocuğu Yalnız Bırakma’ ve ‘Çocuğun Kendini Koruyamaması” şeklinde isimlendirilmiştir. Üç alt ölçeğin açıkladığı toplam varyans %63,97’dir. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı ,81 olarak bulunmuştur. Açımlayıcı faktör analizini takiben Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi ile elde edilen yapı doğrulanmıştır.

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to develop a valid and reliable scale that can be used to determine the anxiety level of parents with children aged 3-6 about child sexual abuse. For this purpose, the literature was first examined and a 21-item pool was created. After that, expert opinions were taken and it was decided that the 21 items created should remain as they are. The scale was applied to 355 parents with children aged 3-6 years living in Istanbul province. As a result of an exploratory factor analysis, the sexual abuse parental anxiety scale (CISEK) showed a structure consisting of 11 items and three sub-scales with factor loadings ranging from .57 to .91. These sub-scales are called “entrusting", "leaving of the child alone" and "lack of self-defence skills". The total variance explained by the three subscales is 63.97%. The Cronbach’s Alpha Reliability Coefficient of the scale was found to be .81. The structure obtained by exploratory factor analysis was also verified by confirmatory factor analysis.
